8. Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve
Inspired by the South African game reserves, this protected land area used to be a camel farm and was converted it to a desert conservatory reserve for the protection of desert fauna and flora. This protected home of indigenous wildlife is home to more than 33 mammals and reptile species indigenous to the Arabian Peninsula, including the endangered oryx.
The International Union for Conservation of Nature and United Nations Environmental Programme awarded the park international Protected Area status in 2008, thus making it a regional benchmark for sustainable development and conservation.

9. Excursion/Road Trip to Fujairah Mountains & Beaches
